Lemon Chicken Piccata


"This delicious chicken cooking is wonderful and easy to cook, the light and delicious lemon sauce tastes perfectly balanced Serve with roast potatoes or lemon sauce."

Material:

• 3 large skinless skinless chicken breasts - cut to 1/2-inch
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1/2 cup of wheat flour
• 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, or as needed
• 1 clove of garlic, chopped
• 1 cup chicken broth
• 1/2 lemon, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup of fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons capers, drain and rinse
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 2 tablespoons chopped Italian parsley (flat leaves)

How to make:

• Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). put on a serving plate and input into the oven until warm.

• Season the pieces of chicken meat with salt and pepper and dry with flour. Beat excess flour. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, then, Heat the chicken pieces to golden brown on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. Add enough oil to the pan. Add lemon juice and capers; Bring to a boil until the sauce is reduced and slightly thickened, wait for about 5 more minutes.
