- Cook chorizo 120g & chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, grated
- 1 tsp hot smoked peppers
- 80g sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 600g of skinless and boneless chicken thighs
- 400g can be chopped tomatoe
- 100ml chicken stock
- 1 lemon, in Blender
- potatoes, chopped parsley and soured cream, as a complement
How to make :
- Chorizo fry on top of the flame being input into a large saucepan or casserole plate, cook for 5 minutes until boiling. Add onions and fry for 5 minutes more until the texture is tender. garlic in cooking for 2 minutes before stirring with tomato peppers and sundried. Add chicken and fried thighs for 2 minutes until the color is brownish
- Put the chopped tomatoes and broth, and heat up. Then cook for 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is thick. Stir lemon juice. Serve with a spoonful of hot, hot potatoes and a sprinkle of parsley and a spoonful of sour cream, if you like.
