Chicken & chorizo ragu



Material :


  • Cook chorizo 120g & chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 1 tsp hot smoked peppers
  • 80g sundried tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 600g of skinless and boneless chicken thighs
  • 400g can be chopped tomatoe
  • 100ml chicken stock
  • 1 lemon, in Blender
  • potatoes, chopped parsley and soured cream, as a complement

How to make :
  1. Chorizo fry on top of the flame being input into a large saucepan or casserole plate, cook for 5 minutes until boiling. Add onions and fry for 5 minutes more until the texture is tender. garlic in cooking for 2 minutes before stirring with tomato peppers and sundried. Add chicken and fried thighs for 2 minutes until the color is brownish
  2. Put the chopped tomatoes and broth, and heat up. Then cook for 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is thick. Stir lemon juice. Serve with a spoonful of hot, hot potatoes and a sprinkle of parsley and a spoonful of sour cream, if you like.
