Material :
• A little oil
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 3/4 teaspoon salt, divided
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• 8 boneless boneless chicken legs (about 1 1/4 pounds)
• 2 cups of fresh pineapple dice (about 1/2 pineapple)
• 1/2 cup of fresh corn kernels (about 1 ear)
• 1/3 cup of finely chopped red peppers
1/4 cup of fresh basil slices
3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 tbsp of cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
How to make :
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat; Put a little oil into the pan. Then mix the garlic powder, cumin, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper in a small bowl; sprinkle chicken. Add chicken to pan; cook 10 minutes on each side or until finished.
- Then, mix the remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt, pineapple, and residual ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve when it's hot, and it will taste better.
